CMHC is seeking General Contractor Services and Construction Management Services, on an as-requested basis for projects including, but not limited to building additions, renovations, remodeling, improvements, utility upgrades, major repairs, demolition (selective), seismic upgrades, system replacements, etc., to CMHC managed properties on Granville Island. The term of this agreement is for two (2) years with three (3) one-year optional renewal periods. The annual value of this contract is expected to be $3,000,000.00, including all applicable taxes. Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 11:00 a.m. PDT, on September 18, 2018.
