CMHC wishes to enter into a contract with a vendor for the purpose of facilitating the property management of selected CMHC properties (1 -4 units) in all four Atlantic Provinces.

The term of the resulting contract will be for a period of 1 year with the potential for 2, 1-year renewal options at CMHC’s discretion. The annual value of the contract is not expected to exceed $1M.
