CMHC wishes to enter into a contract with a vendor for the purpose of facilitating the marketing and sales of selected CMHC properties (1 -4 units) in all four Atlantic Provinces.

The term of the resulting contract will be for a period of 1 year with the potential for 2, 1-year renewal options at CMHC’s discretion. The annual value of the contract is not expected to exceed $1M. Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on June 19, 2015.
