RFP Scope:
FCC is seeking to lease approximately 3,000 to 3,250 usable square feet of wheel chair accessible office space in Vegreville, AB. The intention is to lease the space for a period of five (5) years, with two additional five (5) year extension options. The proposed space must be within one building and offer the entire space on one floor. Parking and evening cleaning services must be included in the lease and the space must be available for tenant fixturing no later than January 1, 2020, with a move in date of May 1, 2020.
