Scope of Work: FCC’s Enterprise Data Management (EDM) team enables FCC with end to end business intelligence and integrated data solutions through expertise in data warehousing, data development, reporting, and dashboards.
EDM is also accountable for creating and implementing a strategy to mature data management in the organization. FCC is seeking a consulting partner to support EDM in validating the strategy and implementing the plan.
The successful respondent will be expected to have expertise and demonstrated experience in designing and implementing data management strategies that address data governance, data quality, metadata management, master data management, data architecture, data stewardship models and related change management plans
