The RCMP is interested in leasing approximately 405 sq. metres of garage space to accommodate 6 vehicles and general office space.
The six vehicles to include:
1 utility trailer-10’ x 12’, 2 vehicles – 8’ x 22’, 1 vehicle – 7’ x 17’, 1 vehicle- 8’ x 30’, 1 vehicle – 7’ x 20’.
The requirement would be such that the vehicles could easily enter and leave the garage, either by a drive thru capacity or through bay doors allowing each vehicle to enter and leave without the disruption of other vehicles as they are difficult to maneuver. The minimum height requirement for the garage door/s is 14ft.
The space must also include washroom and showers, several heated storage rooms, several offices and a meeting room to accommodate 16 people, 24/7 access, parking for up to 16 vehicles in a fenced compound, and any other requirements to meet RCMP operational and security standards.
Potential term of five (5) years with a two (2) x one (1) year option to renew.
Location must be within the city boundaries of Moncton or Dieppe, New Brunswick.
