The RCMP is interested in leasing approximately 250 sq. metres to a max of 340 sq. metres of general office space.
The space should include two record storage type rooms, one LAN room, kitchenette/lunch room, washroom/showers, meeting room to accommodate 8 people, 24/7 access, parking for up to 20 vehicles, and any other requirements to meet RCMP operational and security standards.
Potential term of three (3) years with a two (2) x one (1) year option to renew.
Location must be within 20 km radius of Antigonish Town and easily accessible to the Trans-Canada Highway 104.
