The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) is seeking information from industry regarding the supply of coating systems for metal fixed and floating marine aids exposed to fresh and salt water environments. This RFI aims to gather detailed information on available products, and solutions that meet the technical specifications outlined in the CCG's "Coating Systems for Fixed and Floating Marine Aids" manual (CCG/8016-003), Technical Specification of Requirements (TSOR) for Coating Systems for Metallic Fixed and Floating Marine Aids, and TSOR for Four Season Buoys (4SB).The purpose of this RFI is to:Provide Industry with general information on the potential statement of work (SOW) and TSORsEnable Canada to request information and input from industry regarding the SOW and TSORs;Identify potential suppliers and products that meet or exceed the CCG's technical requirements;Understand the latest advancements and best practices in marine coating systems;Enable Canada to progress a potential solicitation for this work;Gather information to assist in the development of future procurement strategies.
