The purpose of this RFI is to seek information from Industry on its ability to provide to CMHC a comprehensive out-of-the box duplicate detection, merge, batch merges, reporting and business rule settings software for Dynamics 365 customer engagement platform.CMHC is looking for a solution capable of meeting the requirements and technical evaluation criteria as listed in Table A: Solution Requirements and Table B: Additional Solution Requirements Information.Please note that CMHC will not distribute solicitation documents that are posted on buyandsell.gc.ca.
