RFI for IT Services

FCC has been leveraging strategic partners to provide essential IT services for more than 10 years. The existing contracts in place for these services will be coming up for renewal in 2016. In preparation, FCC will be issuing a full RFP for these IT services in the summer of 2015. This request for information represents the first step in this procurement process.

This is a request for information only. FCC may, at its sole discretion, elect not to accept any submission for any reason. FCC is not obligated to proceed and may cancel this RFI at any time.

The tentative RFI for IT Services schedule is as follows:

RFI issue date: May 20, 2015
Respondent questions accepted until: May 27, 2015 at 12 p.m. CST
FCC responses to respondent questions provided before: June 1, 2015 at 12 p.m. CST
RFI closing date/time: June 19, 2015 at 12 p.m. CST
Anticipated selection of vendors: June 26, 2015 at 12 p.m. CST

Note: The above dates are subject to change at FCC’s sole discretion. Respondents will be advised if they have been selected to continue in the RFP process. Any changes to the RFI schedule will be communicated to all Respondents that are still under consideration at that point in the process.
