REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) - SMITH DETECTION HEIMANN CARGO
VISION MOBILE (HCVM) MAINTENANCE
This is not a bid solicitation.
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) intends to establish a
maintenance service agreement for on-site repairs for its
existing eleven (11) Smiths Detection Heimann Cargo Vision
Mobile HCV-MII and HCV-MZ60 systems located at various locations
across Canada.

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to provide
industry with an early opportunity to comment on CBSA's
requirement for maintenance services. This feedback will assist
Canada in ensuring that its requirements are in line with
industry standards.
