Background
Elections Canada has several applications that have been developed over a number of years that require support and maintenance of .Net code. These applications primarily access the centralized database, the central list of electors. These applications are used by election personnel located at ECHQ and approximately 450 offices nationally to update elector, elector address, and poll information, between and during Electoral Events.
Requirement
The resources will work with other .Net specialists in supporting the Elections Canada application code. Maintenance and support will be ongoing to maintain readiness for any Electoral Events. These resources will also propose and implement code changes which will optimize performance in areas that may be identified as problematic.
As required, Task Authorizations (TA’s) will be issued for the provision of the services.
