The Department of Publics Works and Government Services Canada requires the services of an appraiser to determine the market value of thirteen properties belonging to the Department of Transport Canada. These properties fall under the strategic disposal program for St. Lawrence Seaway lands.

Only one contract will be awarded for these services.

Delivery of the services must be performed within 8 months from the award of the contract but before March 1st, 2017 at the very latest.
