RFI Scope:
FCC’s objectives are to gather information through this RFI that will allow FCC to:
Increase its knowledge and understanding of potential product offerings available that would meet FCC’s Loan Insurance needs
Identify and increase its awareness of potential Loan Insurance providers and their applicable product offerings
Further understand and define the requirements it may choose to seek in a Loan Insurance product, program or provider.
RFI Schedule:
RFI issue date: March 18, 2019
Vendor questions accepted until: April 22, 2019 at 12:00 PM (Noon)
RFI closing date and time: April 29, 2019 at 12:00 PM (Noon)
RFI Process Considerations
Although FCC will retain the right to do so, it does not intend to award a contract as an immediate outcome of this RFI. FCC anticipates that this RFI will produce one of the following outcomes:
Identification of several suitable providers and/or products that FCC may choose to further examine or pursue (e.g. through a subsequent competitive selection process).
Identification of only one provider and/or product that FCC may choose to further examine or pursue.
The decision by FCC to re-evaluate, postpone or abandon further pursuit of a product.
