CMHC wishes to retain vendors to provide business consulting services related to identifying I&T projects eligible for Scientific Research & Experimental Development (SR&ED) tax credits, preparing SR&ED refund claims and participating in Canada Revenue Agency’s (CRA’s) reviews of refund claims. The term of the Standing Offers is expected to be for 4 years with the potential for 1, one-year renewal option. The value of the Standing Offers is expected to be up to $250,000, including all applicable taxes. Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFSO document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on October 13, 2015.
