Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is inviting
consulting firms in the electrical and mechanical engineering in
order to submit proposals for standing offer. This request for
standing offer will follow a single phase process of proposal
submissions. The selected consultants shall provide a range of
services as identified in the Required Services (RS) section of
this document. Regarding for projects for the Canadian Space
Agency (CSA) in the Province of Québec (John H Chapman Building,
6767 Route de l'Aéroport, St-Hubert (Quebec).
It is PWGSC's intention to authorize up to one (1) Standing
Offer, each for a period of [two (2) years]. From the date of
issuing the Standing Offers subject to three (3) additional
periods of one year each. The total dollar value of all
Standing Offers is estimated to be $300 000 (Applicable Taxes
included). Individual call-ups will vary, up to a maximum of
$40,000 (Applicable Taxes included).
The CSA is unable to estimate the number of projects that the
firm will be asked to carry out. The number will vary
according to operational requirements and the requirements of
various programs within the CSA.
Proponents shall be licensed or be eligible to be licensed to
practice in the province of Quebec. Engineering firms must be
able to demonstrate that they have provided these services
successfully in a wide range of projects. We will evaluate the
firm and its staff based on " SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND
EVALUATION (SRE)" as mentioned in this application.
Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain

service provider. Addenda, when issued, will be available from
the service provider. Firms that elect to base their bids on
tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own
risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling
authority of their intention to bid.
