Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada’s (AAFC) Research & Development Centre at 100038 Township Road 720 in BEAVERLODGE AB requires Carpentry services on an 'as and when required' basis.
Services to be provided during the following :
Regular Working hours - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday
Outside Regular Working hours - 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Monday to Friday including weekends and Stat holidays
This is a non-smoking, scent free Facility
SERVICE REQUIRED:
The Offeror is required to provide carpentry services to include, but not limited to, the following:
Cabinetry
Construct and repair building frameworks and structures
Fabrication of wooden structures
Frame / drywall / mud / paint walls
Install building cladding (siding, window flashings etc.)
Install / modify lab and office space
Install / repair:
concrete
doors and door hardware
windows
floor and ceiling tile
shelving units
various roof materials
