RFSO – Civil Engineering and Prime Consultant Services – Roadways
Parks Canada Agency (PCA) has a requirement for the provision of civil engineering and prime consultant services, with a team of sub-consultants that may include specialist consultant services and civil engineers, on an “as and when requested” basis mainly for roadway projects in National Parks in British Columbia and Alberta, but also to a lesser extent in National Parks located in Saskatchewan and Manitoba. The services may include site investigation, planning, design and construction supervision for roadway projects.
Proponents shall be licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
It is Parks Canada's intention to authorize one (1) Standing Offer for a period of four (4) years with an option available to the Crown to extend the Standing Offers for one additional year. The total dollar value of the Standing Offer is estimated to be $6,000,000.00 (GST/HST Included). Proponents should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offer will be called-up; PCA will award call-ups only when the specific services to be provided under the Standing Offer are needed.
Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit proposals on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the MERX service provider. Addenda, when issued, will be available from the MERX provider. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
