Nature of Requirements:
Request for Standing Offer for the services of a locksmith for
the following buildings:
715 Peel Street, Montreal and 1001 St-Laurent, Longueuil, Quebec.
Supply and install, replace, lubricate as needed, adjust, and/or
repair the lock hardware and components as mentionned in the
Specifications attached.
Contractor - Locksmith shall, on request, provide the required
licences and competency certificates.
At the "Request for Standing Offers" closing date, the
Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of
the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Designated
Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial
Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government
Services Canada (PWGSC).
This Request for Proposal is for a period of two (2) years with
possibility of three (3) optional years.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
cost category: $100,001 to $250,000 with the optional years
included.
This PWGSC office provides acquisition services to the public in
both official languages.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
