Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for the relocation of the finance and record's department at the Atlantic Institution of Renous. The project includes relocating one department to a designated swing space and renovating the vacant office suite and repeating the process for the second area. The work includes but is not
limited to replacing the ceiling and floor finish, priming, painting, the supply and installation of fire shutters. Some work will have to be performed to the structural concrete slab to accomodate a new rolling file system All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.061857.001 forming part of the bid document. The Contractor shall complete the work before May 27, 2016.
