Title: Demolition of Buildings

Location: Mountain Institution, Agassiz, BC

Work Description:
Work of this contract consists of Abatement and Demolition fo 9
buildings and 1 associated manure pit, located at Mountain
Institution in Aggasiz, BC (Sutherland Road and Humphrey Road),
including removal of foundations and removal of underground
utilities, and returning the site back to natural habitat.

Site Visit:
There will be a site visit on October 18, 2013 at 10:30 am.
Interested Bidders are to meet at the PWGSC Site Office,
Mountain Institution, 4732 Cemetery Road, Agassiz, BC.

Construction Time:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within six
(6) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the bid.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements this project
is estimated to cost between
$150,000.00 and $170,000.00.
