Snow Removal Services

To provide snow removal services at Public Health Agency of
Canada, Canadian Science Centre for Human and Animal Health at
1015 Arlington Street and 745 Logan Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba
as specified in the Statement of Work and in accordance with the
terms and condisions detailed in the solicitation document..
The contract will be in effect from date of award until 30
September 2013, with option to renew for two one year periods.

Mandatory Site Visit

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder viist the work site. Arrangement have been made for site
visit to be held on Wednesday, 12 September 2012 at 09:30 a.m.
at 1015 Arlington, in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later
than three (3) calendar days before the scheduled visit to
confirm attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who
will attend. Bidders will be req uired to sign an attendance
form. Bidders should ocnfirm in their bids that they have
attended the site visit.

Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be
given an alternative appointment and their bids will be rejected
as non-compliant. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
