Nature of Requirements:
Snow removal Service at the Port of Matane for Public Works
and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) Rimouski..
The work consist in, but it's not limited to, the removal of
snow and spreadingof non toxic biodegradable salt or sand and
calcium, when salt is not efficient, on all icy and slippery
surfaces describe in drawing and specification.
The work must be executed when snow reaches 5 cm at all times
and beggining November 1st.
The contractor must have completed at least one (1) contract of
a similar scope in the same field as the request for Proposal
"Similar scope" means a contract worth at least $30 000 for one
season.
The Contractor must be in possession of and keep in food working
order aqny heavy equipment required to perform the work in
accordance with the specification at Annex "A" of the Request
for Proposal.
"IMPORTANT NOTICE: New measures related to code of Conduct and
certifications included in the solicitation documents requires
attention."
Contract Period: From November 1st, 2012 to October 31, 2013
with two years in option.
