This requirement is to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the Vehicles and Engine Testing Emissions Verification (VETEV) Section of Environment Canda (EC) for Vehicles and Engine testing and Service Accumulation in accordance with the attached Statements of Work.

Debriefings
After award of the standing offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
