The Town of Tisdale (“Town”) invites qualified and experienced design-build teams (“Proponents”) to submit proposals for the complete design and construction of a new Town of Tisdale Municipal Office in Tisdale, Saskatchewan.
The Town is seeking a modern, efficient, durable, energy-efficient, barrier-free and expandable municipal facility that will meet current municipal operational requirements, accommodate government-agency partners, provide appropriate public and staff spaces, and allow for future municipal growth or conversion of flexible space with minimal disruption.
The Town intends to engage a single Design-Builder responsible for delivering a complete turnkey project, including all required architectural and engineering services, detailed design, site verification, permitting, approvals, construction, site development, building systems, commissioning, closeout documentation and warranty services.
The Town has developed a preliminary Municipal Office Concept to establish its preferred functional layout, site organization and architectural character. The concept is intended to guide proponents in developing their proposals but is not a set of construction drawings.
The successful Proponent will be responsible for taking the concept through detailed design, engineering, permitting, and construction, and for ensuring that the complete facility complies with applicable codes, regulations, and professional requirements.
