Description of the Requirement:
The Labour Program at Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) is seeking proposals from bidders under the Supply Arrangement for Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) for the provision of Professional Services in the area of process mapping. The proposed resource will review the Labour Program's internal operations with staff and perform research to create process maps and user documentation regarding the jurisdiction determination process.

The contractor/offeror must, at all times during the performance of the contract/standing offer, hold a valid designated organization screening (DOS), issued by the CSP of the ISS, PSPC
The contractor/offeror personnel requiring access to protected information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must each hold a valid reliability status, granted or approved by the CSP/ISS/PSPC
The contractor/offeror must not remove any protected information or assets from the identified work site(s), and the contractor/offeror must ensure that its personnel are made aware of and comply with this restriction
Subcontracts which contain security requirements are not to be awarded without the prior written permission of the CSP/ISS/ PSPC

Proposed Period of Contract:
The proposed period of Contract shall be from contract award date (estimated January 2020) until March 31, 2022 inclusive.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 200 days.
