Nature of Requirements:
1. This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60MC-190001 and covers a requirement from the following Stream of the SA:
Stream #4 - Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat (RHIB) - Greater than 6M - Glass Reinforced Plastic - Non-SOLAS
2. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police have a requirement for the design and construction of two 11-11.7 metre GRP RHIBs with delivery by August 31, 2021.
3. This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst Supply Arrangement holders.
4. This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
5. In order for new suppliers to bid on this solicitation, the new supplier must first qualify for a SA. The process to qualify for a SA is detailed in RFSA # E60MC-190001 and can be found on the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS - https://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/tenders). Canada is not required to delay the award of a resulting contract pending the evaluation of an arrangement and issuance of a SA by the PWGSC Supply Arrangement Authority.
6. There is no security associated with this requirement.
