NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT

Department of National Defence's has a requirement to procure:
Two 40 ft ISO containerized Mobile Cleanrooms.
- Unit 1 must be configured as a liquid oxygen (LOX) Fill Room and Class B O2 Lab,
- Unit 2 must be configured as a Maintenance and Workshop Cleanroom.
Both units are required to operate in extreme cold conditions down to -50 °C, maintain stable internal temperature and humidity, prevent O2 migration, and comply with Class I, Division 2 electrical requirements and O2-compatible safety standards,
Mobile Cleanrooms are to be delivered to 4 Wing, Cold Lake, Alberta.
Detailed requirements are specified in Annex A.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
