This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following categories:

2.13 Performance Measurement Consultant,
3.2 Project Manager, et
3.1 Project Administrator (optional)

Infrastructure Canada (INFC) requires professional services to deliver fully defined, policy compliant logic models and Performance Measurement Strategy frameworks for new INFC transfer payment programs. The period of any resulting contract is expected to be June 28, 2021 to until October 31, 2021 (inclusive). Any resulting contract will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to four (4) six-month periods under the same conditions.
