DEVELOPMENT OF FIXED ROOF ACCOMMODATION AND MANAGEMENT, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF FUNDY NATIONAL PARK GOLF COURSE
Parks Canada is inviting proposals for the development of fixed roof accommodation and management, operation and maintenance of Fundy National Park Golf Course located within Fundy National Park of Canada, New Brunswick, Canada.
Fundy National Park is a key tourism destination in southern New Brunswick and one of the key destinations along the Fundy Coastal Drive. With its proximity to the world’s highest tides located in the Bay of Fundy, visitors from every corner of Canada and from abroad are drawn to the region to experience the twice-daily event of the rising and falling of the tides, as well as the amenities offered in Fundy National Park.
Poised for an exciting future, the successful proponent would be operating an existing golf property with the opportunity to develop accommodation and present an unrivalled package to the local and regional market.
Parks Canada will enter into a lease agreement with the successful proponent for up to forty-two (42) years for the development of fixed roof accommodation and management, operation and maintenance of the Fundy National Park Golf Course.
Proponents that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit proposals on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the MERX service provider. Addenda, when issued, will be available from the MERX provider. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
Parks Canada retains the right to negotiate with proponents on this opportunity.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
Sealed Proposals marked “Solicitation Number: PCA-2013-03-FNP" will be accepted at the above noted address. Proposals must be received on or before 2:00 p.m. Atlantic Daylight Savings Time on Wednesday, June 26, 2013.
No proposal shall be considered unless it is accompanied by the required documents as stated in the RFP and received by the date and time specified above. Proposals received after the specified date and time will be returned unopened.
