Nature of Requirements:
AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT
The work under this requirement will consist of the supply and
installation of audio visual equipment for the new RCMP H
Division Headquarters in Dartmouth, NS. The contractor will be
responsible for staging, commissioning, testing, system training
and warranty as outlined in the contract documents. The
equipment required includes HD projectors, portable and fixed
presentation touch displays, flat panel displays, multi touch HD
monitors, document cameras, AV control / management systems, to
AV low voltage power distribution, AV systems hardware,
equipment racks, lecterns, speakers, microphones, and associated
components.
This procurement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade
(AIT).
This requirement has provisions for Contract Security. The full
requirements are detailed in the solicitation document.
