Description of the Requirement:
The Department of Public Works and Government Services of Canada (PWGSC) requires external support services of senior project leaders, a financial specialist and a technical writer for real property projects. The Contractor will assist PWGSC with the definition, and analysis of projects that are an output of the Long Term Vision and Plan (LTVP) and reside under the Project Management and Delivery (PMD) Directorate at the Parliamentary Precinct Branch (PPB). The Contractor will also be asked to support the Parliamentary Precinct Branch with the Recapitalization (Recap) and Building Component & Connectivity (BCC) Programs, in addition to any other LTVP related projects as required.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA).
Proposed period of contract:
The intent is to award one contractwith an initial period of one (1) year, plus three (3) one-year options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
