Transport Canada requires the services of an impartial Contractor to review and issue decisions as soon as possible on all eligible Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR) related complaints. The purpose of this RFI is to solicit feedback from the industry and determine whether there are Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) firms incorporated and based in Canada, interested in the work as described in the attached draft Statement of Work. Additionally, it is important to gauge whether these firms have the experience of processing similar volumes of complaints under expedited timeframes.
