The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for
Radio Over Internet Protocol (ROIP) interface devices to connect
tactical radios with a computer network to facilitate access and
communication with the radios from desktop computers.

Item 1: TRICS Radio over Internet Protocol Interface Device
(RoIP) Gateway, 2 Radio Voice and Control Part, 2 radio Data
Port, 1 10/100 Port, 12 VDC Power, 2 TRICS-CBL-2A. Includes:
Operator and maintenance manuals in accordance with Annex A,
section 3.2.
