Public Works and Government Service of Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) is requesting Industry feedback regarding CSC’s requirement to install Systems for the Distribution and Management of Oleoresin Capsicum Canisters (OC or Pepper Spray).
The purpose of this RFI is to elicit expert opinions from private sector organizations specializing in the provision of asset management technologies and generate a broad and relevant picture of what is possible and what Industry believes is the best approach for CSC to take.
