This requirement is to establish up to five (5) Regional
Individual Standing Offers (RISO) for the supply of Various Food
Products as required by the Department of National Defence, CFB
Cold Lake located at Cold Lake, Alberta.
The food products required are categorized by Product Lists as
follows:
Product Lists
1. Fresh Fruits and Vegetables
2. Miscellaneous Groceries & Frozen Food Products
3. Cheese, Dairy and Egg Products
4. Meat, Poultry and Seafood
5. Bread & Bakery Products
Only one Standing Offer may be awarded for each Product List.
A list of sample items and their respective estimated quantities
are identified in Annex E, Sample Product Lists. Offerors must
submit an offer for at least one (1) of the Product Lists, but
are not required to submit offers for all five (5). Offerors
must offer and provide pricing for a minimum of 90 percent of
the sample items listed in each category that they are offering.
The period of the Standing Offers is from date of standing offer
award to August 31, 2015.
Offerors must submit a list of names, or other related
information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2006.
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
and/or services.
Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request
for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to
the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of the results of the request for standing offers process. The
debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
