Nature of Requirements:
To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the
provision of grocery items on an "as and when requested" basis
for the Department of National Defence at CFB Kingston, Ontario.
All items shall conform to the relevant CGSB Standard, as
applicable.
Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006 and 2007,
Offerors must submit a complete list
of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the
Offeror. Furthermore, as determined by the
Special Investigations Directorate, Departmental Oversight
Branch, each individual named on the list may
be requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form and related documentaton.
The period for placing call-ups against the Standing Offer shall
be from 01 April 2013 to 30 September 2013.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
