Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a
requirement to establish a
Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provisions of
all skilled licensed labour, tools,
equipment, materials and supervision required to perform General
Contractor Services such as
minor construction, alterations and urgent repair work to
Federal Government facilities located
in Iqaluit, NU, on an "as required" basis during the period of
the Standing Offer.

Proponents are hereby informed that this procurement is subject
to the Nunavut Land
Claims Agreement, Article 24 - Government Contracts.

The period of the Standing Offer will be for a two (2) year
period with the ability to extend for an
additional three (3) - one (1) year extension periods.

This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. Failure to
comply will result in rejection
of your tender.

Estimated dollar amount: $105,000.00 CAD, per year. (Including
