CMHC wishes to enter into a contract with service provider(s) for a fully managed hosting environment, application development, on-going support and maintenance, as well as related professional services, for its corporate applications. Corporate applications will include productivity applications, including but not limited to MS Dynamics, MS Exchange, MS SharePoint, ERP applications and other lines of COTS (Commercial Off-the-Shelf) applications.
This REOI is the first of a two-stage competitive process where the REOI will serve to prequalify vendors, who will then be invited to respond to an RFP.
The term of the resulting contract will be for a period of 5 years with the potential for 2, 2-year renewal options at CMHC’s discretion. The annual value of the contract is not expected to exceed $10M. Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the REOI document on or before the submission deadline of 12:00 noon EDT, on June 12, 2015.
