All required supporting documentation and offer submission must be submitted by August 26, 2025 at 2PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) is inviting hotels in the National Capital Region to submit offers in response to this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO). Up to ten (10) Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) will be issued. Call-ups will be issued by the Identified Users on an "as and when required" basis, starting at Standing Offer issuance and continuing until March 31, 2027.
The agreement includes two (2) optional extension periods of one (1) year each, for a total potential duration of four (4) years.
