Requirement:
The Department of National Defnece requires replacement and
spare parts for the RPM LM217 snow blower. The identified user
of this RISO is the Department of National Defence, Canadian
Forces Base (CFB) Trenton. No substitute parts will be accepted
for this requirement. The exact mandatory requirements are
detailed under Annex "A" of the resulting contract clauses.
Duration:
This Standing Offer is for a period of three (3) years.
Communications From Bidders
Bidders are requested to provide any questions, concerns and
required information, concerning the Request for Standing Offer
(RFSO), by facsimile, mail or e-mail, if they so desire by no
later than 2:00 p.m. November 28th, 2012. Please send any
questions in writing to the undersigned.
Debriefings
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person.
