Canada is seeking offers to provide geographically zone based Regional Master Standing Offers (RMSO) for the supply and delivery of Coffee, juice products, state of the art equipment dispensing machines, and maintenance services on an as and when requested basis. The Ontario Region has been divided into 6 zones: Southern Ontario (1), Central Ontario (2), North Western Ontario (3), North Eastern Ontario (4), National Capital Region (5), and Eastern Ontario (6).
The Offeror must submit pricing for 100% of the line items for either coffee or juice or both for each zone they are providing an offer.
The RFSO includes two Streams: Stream 1 – General Stream, open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner; Stream 2 - PSIB Set-aside Stream, open only to qualified Indigenous Business.
The RFSO may result in the issuance of up to two (2) Standing Offers for each stream per zone, one for the Coffee Products and one for the Juice Products.
