Public Services and Procurement Canada has a requirement for a Standing Offer to provide relocation and warehousing services for the moving of offices, workplaces, and other various government facilities, including office equipment, supplies, and furniture, on an as and when requested basis, within one or more of the following areas:
New Brunswick
Prince Edward Island
Mainland Nova Scotia
Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia
Newfoundland and Labrador
A Standing Offer will be awarded for the lowest evaluated price in each of the above areas.
The Standing Offer is for a period of two years, with two additional one-year option periods.
Questions must be addressed in writing to the contracting authority, Linda Richard, at l••••••••@•••••.••.ca no more than five (5) business days before bid close. Questions received after that time may not be answered.

NOTE: Bidders are hereby informed that the amount of time to obtain required security clearance levels may be lengthy and is contingent upon the specific clearance levels required. Bidders are solely responsible for obtaining such clearances.
Bidders who currently do not meet the facility security clearance requirements and (or) personnel security clearance are advised to initiate the security clearance process immediately by requesting sponsorship from the Contracting Authority.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.
