Request for Proposal (RFP) – Systems Engineering (SE) Fundamentals Course, and Requirements and Statement of Work (SOW) Development for a System Course
BACKGROUND
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the development and delivery of a five-day System Engineering (SE) Fundamentals course, as well as the development and delivery of a two-day Requirements and Statement of Work (SOW) Development for a System course.
REQUIREMENT
The period of the contract, if awarded, will be approximately three and a half years (based on up to six months after contract award to produce the course packages and three years of course delivery), followed by a two (2) one-year option periods for further course delivery. The course delivery of the period of the contract will be four (4) courses per year for the Systems Engineering (SE) Fundamentals Course and six (6) courses per year for the Requirements and Statement of Work (SOW) Development for a System Course. Each one-year option period will include approximately four (4) Systems Engineering (SE) Fundamentals courses and six (6) Requirements and Statement of Work (SOW) Development for a System courses.
Tasks and Deliverables are detailed in Annex “A” of the Request for Proposal.
Mandatory Criteria include, but are not limited to, the following:
