Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish SOA’s to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements at 3CDSG Calgary, Alberta.The objective of this RFAP is to select two (2) firms, who will each be placed on a SOA with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a total maximum estimated value of $1,500,000.00, split 60%/40% between the top and second ranked compliant proponents, for a period of three (3) years from the date of establishment.If mutually agreeable between the Consultants and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to two (2) additional one-year periods, and increased in value up to $1,600,000. At no time will the total value exceed $3,100,000 or five (5) years.
The maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is valued at $350,000.00.The SOA is not a commitment by DCC to spend the entire amount.Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP document. The technical criteria relate to achievements and experience, technical and managerial expertise. The two (2) highest ranking firms selected through the evaluation process, including a factor for the price element, will be invited to enter in to a SOA.This opportunity follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Procurement Documents.
