Defence Construction Canada – Request for Proposals (RFP) for design and construction of a new facility for the Quick Reaction Alert (QRA) Area at CFB 4 Wing Cold Lake, AB, HQ23CLQ1

DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) is requesting Proposals from Design-Build Teams to design and construct a new facility for the Quick Reaction Alert (QRA) Area at CFB 4 Wing Cold Lake, AB, following a modified design-build approach. Additional details are provided in the Request for Proposals (RFP) documents.
The rough order magnitude construction cost estimate for this opportunity is $113,000,000.00.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).
