***PROPONENTS ARE ADVISED THAT THE CLOSING DATE ON TOP OF THIS NOTICE SHOULD READ DECEMBER 1, 2015 ***Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Multidisciplinary Architectural and Engineering Consultant Services, Wainwright Garrison (Alberta).In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the commissions will be managed, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements located in Wainwright (Alberta).The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposal (RFAP) is to select three (3) firms, with the highest total scores, who will be placed on a Source List (SL) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $3,000,000.00 for a period of two (2) years from the date of the SL establishment. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to one (1) additional one (1) year period and increased in the order of $1,000,000.00 for each additional period or when the SL reaches its maximum limit, whichever comes first.Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $10,000 and $225,000; the maximum value of a commission is $350,000.
