Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for Basin Dredging at Dildo, NL. This project consists of the
dredging of 1100 m3 of Class "B" material from the identified
areas. All materials are to be disposed of at approved disposal
site.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Bidders must refer to Section 01 35 28, Item 1.9 Project/Site
Conditions of Specifications before performing any site
inspection or preliminary work on site.

Under the Code of Conduct and Certification provisions, (R2710T
General Instructions to Bidders - GI01), Bidders must submit the
following as part of their bid:

1. a complete list of names of all individuals who are
currently directors of the Bidder;

IMPORTANT NOTE TO BIDDERS:

With the introduction of the new Government Electronic Tendering
Service (GETS III), there are significant changes to the
standard Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC)
construction tenders.

Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of tender forms and
special instructions which are now available directly from the
MERX site.

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Bidders should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all
addenda issued prior to tender closing have been obtained and
addressed in the submitted tender.
