Nature of Requirements:
Amendment 001 is raised to extend the bid closing date from
January 8th, 2015 to January 15th, 2015.
All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the
same.
A proposal already submitted may be amended prior to closing
time by sending the amended correspondence to Bid Receiving, the
envelope/fax bearing the Solicitation No. B8817-150200/A and the
new closing date January 15th, 2015.
Canadian Flags for promotional use: 70 denier nylon; 25.4 cm x
12.7 cm with stitched edges and stitched to a 36.2 cm black
plastic stick; firm quantity of 400,000 units; must be as
described in Annex B of the Solicitation; to be packaged in
groups of 100 and secured with an elastic band.
Required for Citizenship & Immigration Canada to be delivered to
Ottawa, requested for March 31st, 2015.
Three options exists for a minimum of 50% up to a maximum of
100% of the above quantities.
To assure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least 7 calendar days prior to
the bid closing date.

procurement.
