Nature of Requirements:
Requirement
To provide Canadian Heritage with Outdoor National Flag of
Canada (90cm x 180 cm), Type 4, Subtype 4B, in accordance with
the Canadian General Standard Board (CGSB) Standard
CAN/CGSB-98.1-2011.
Quantity (Delivery in Ottawa, Ontario):
Item 1: A firm quantity of 20,000 units to be delivered before
May 29, 2015.
Item 2 (Option 1): An estimated quantity of 30,000 units. The
option may be exercised before November 1, 2015.
Item 3 (Option 2): An estimated quantity of 30,000 units. The
option may be exercised before November 1, 2016.
Item 4 (Option 3): An estimated quantity of 30,000 units. The
option may be exercised before November 1, 2017.
Enquiries:
To assure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least 7 calendar days prior to
the bid closing date.
